At a first glance, the Smart Hydro looks like an ordinary bathtub. However, the bathtub has two transparent walls on either side, made from a highly-resistant glass material. Made from molded plastic and acrylic material, it also features a couple of aluminum handrails, which makes it a lot more comfortable to use. What makes the Smart Hydro more special is that it incorporates a very advanced control system.
You can set the exact temperature of the water, and will be alerted when the desired temperature has been reached. What’s more, the tub also has a Keep Warm function, which will keep the water’s temperature at a constant level. Additional features include a self-cleaning system and several connectivity options. You can even activate its functions from your smartphone and monitor in real time the water’s temperature. No word on pricing or availability at this time.
